How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can be made online, in-salon or by telephone.
We are always happy to take your call at the salon at 01524 732281. If we are unable to answer the phone, please do leave us a message and we will call you back as soon as possible.
Online bookings can be conveniently made anytime 24/7. Bookings can be made by visiting
Do I have to pay a deposit?
All appointments are booked through our online booking system. Through the booking or confirmation process you will be asked to provide your credit card details and agree to our terms and conditions to secure your appointment. Nothing is actually charged to your card until you attend your appointment. If you do not attend or cancel within 24hrs of your appointment a fee will be charged to your card.
What is our Cancellation & No-Show policy?
We appreciate that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment however we kindly request that you provide at least 24hours notice but preferably 48hrs. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
Failure to provide this notice will incur a 30% fee for cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours or a 50% fee for failing to attend your appointment without any notifications (No Show).
Do you have Gift Vouchers?
Yes! Gift Vouchers are available for purchase in salon or online.
Vouchers never expire and can be used for multiple visits. A special treat that can be enjoyed anytime throughout the year!
When should I arrive for my appointment?
We ask that all our clients arrive at least 5 mins before their appointment to make sure you are ready to start your treatment on time. This will also give you an opportunity to choose your polish if you are having a hand or nail treatment.
What if I am running late?
If you are running late for your appointment, please try to contact the salon to let us know. We will try our best to complete your treatment within the allotted time. If your treatment needs to be cut short you will still be charged the full price therefore, we recommend arriving 5 minutes prior to your treatment time to avoid disappointment.
Do I need a patch test?
A patch test is required to reduce your risk of any adverse reactions to certain products. This is a requirement set out by both the product manufacturers and our insurance company.
Treatments that require patch testing are Brow/Lash tinting, LVL, Brow Lamination, Spray Tanning, and Semi-Permanent Make-Up.
If you have not had any of these treatments in our salon before or within the past 6 months a patch test is required at least 48hrs prior to treatment.
Can I have a treatment if I am pregnant?
It is really important to let us know in confidence if you are pregnant as there are certain treatments and products not suitable throughout pregnancy. However, we can offer lots of treatments and adapt treatments to suit you and your baby.
