How do I book an appointment?
Book online through Fresha any time of day — you'll get instant confirmation and can manage your booking from your phone. You can also call us on 01524 732281 during opening hours. A small deposit secures your appointment; we don't charge the full balance until your treatment.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment may incur a 50% charge. No-shows are charged the full treatment cost. You can reschedule free of charge through your Fresha confirmation email or by calling us.
Are you insured and qualified?
Yes. All our therapists are fully qualified, insured, and trained to the highest standards. We are winners of the England Beauty Awards 2023 and 2024, and finalists at the Northern Beauty Awards 2024.
Do you offer treatment packages or bundles?
Yes — we have a number of pamper packages combining multiple treatments at a discounted rate. See our Pamper Packages section on the Services & Prices page for current options.
Is parking available?
Yes — there is free on-street parking on Preston Street and surrounding roads. There is free 2-hour parking in the Booths Town Centre carpark. The salon is a 2-minute walk from Carnforth train station that offers paid parking with the Ringo App.
Do you cater for group bookings or parties?
We do — hen parties, birthdays and small group bookings are a regular part of our week. Get in touch and we'll put together a tailored package with treatments, lunch, and bubbly.

Vouchers are available in any denomination and can be sent as a printable PDF or a beautifully presented physical card from the salon. They have no expiry date and can be redeemed against any service on our menu.
