How do I book an appointment?
You can book online via Fresha (instant confirmation, 24/7) or call us on 01524 732281 during opening hours. A credit/debit card is required to secure your booking; we don't charge until your appointment.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a 50% charge. No-shows are charged the full treatment cost.
Are you insured and qualified?
Yes — all our therapists are fully qualified, insured, and trained to the highest standards. We are winners of the England Beauty Awards 2023 & 2024 and finalists at the Northern Beauty Awards 2024.
Do you offer treatment packages or bundles?
Yes — we have a number of pamper packages combining multiple treatments at a discounted rate. See our Packages section on the Services & Prices page.
Can I bring my own products?
We use professional-grade products chosen for their quality and results. We cannot accommodate client-supplied products for hygiene and safety reasons.
Is parking available?
Yes — there is free on-street parking on Preston Street and surrounding roads. The salon is also a 5-minute walk from Carnforth train station.
