Can I choose any amount?

Yes — vouchers can be loaded with any amount from £10 to £500 (or more by arrangement). Pick from our preset amounts (£25, £50, £75, £100, £150) or enter a custom value at checkout.

Does the voucher expire?

No. Gilded Dreams gift vouchers never expire, so the recipient can use them whenever suits them.

What can the voucher be used for?

Any treatment on our menu — facials, massage, manicures, brows & lashes, spray tan, waxing, laser, cryosurgery, microneedling — plus our pamper packages and retail products. The recipient chooses what they'd like.

Can I send it directly to the recipient?

Yes. At checkout you can choose to email the voucher straight to them — either immediately or on a date of your choosing (great for birthdays you don't want to forget!).

What if the treatment costs more than the voucher?

The recipient simply pays the difference at their appointment — by cash, card or another voucher. Easy.

What if it costs less?

Any remaining balance stays on the voucher. There's no expiry, so they can use it next time they visit.

Can I get a refund?

Vouchers are non-refundable, but they're transferable — the recipient can be anyone. If you've bought a voucher and changed your mind before it's been used, please call us and we'll do our best to help.

Is the online payment secure?

Yes. Payment is processed through Fresha's PCI-compliant secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.

I'd rather buy in person — can I?

Absolutely. Pop into the salon at 7 Preston Street, Carnforth during opening hours and we'll print a beautiful physical gift card for you on the spot.

Can I buy multiple vouchers in one go?
