1. Bookings & Cancellations
To ensure all clients receive the highest level of service, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee.
2. Arrival & Patch Tests
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Certain treatments (e.g., lash tints, lash lifts, laser hair removal) require a patch test at least 24-48 hours prior to the main treatment. Failure to complete a required patch test will result in the treatment being postponed or cancelled.
3. Gift Cards
Gilded Dreams gift vouchers never expire and can be used across multiple visits. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Conduct & Health
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior. It is your responsibility to inform your therapist of any medical conditions or changes in health that may affect your treatment.
