Gilded Dreams Online Shop Terms and Conditions

  • These terms and conditions govern the use of Gilded Dreams’ online shop and apply to all orders placed through the website. By placing an order, you agree to abide by these terms.
  • Gilded Dreams reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

2. Eligibility

  • Gilded Dreams’ online shop is intended for retail customers only. Accounts intended for trade or resale purposes will not be approved.

3. Contract Formation

  • All orders placed via the website are considered offers to purchase. A contract between you and Gilded Dreams is formed only when your order is accepted and processed.
  • You will receive an automated email acknowledging receipt of your order, but this does not constitute acceptance of the order.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment must be made in full before dispatch. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and PayPal.
  • In the event of pricing errors, Gilded Dreams reserves the right to cancel the order or provide options for proceeding with corrected pricing.

5. Delivery

  • Standard delivery times are 3–5 working days after dispatch within the UK. Delivery times may vary during peak periods.
  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • If a delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, additional charges may apply for redirection or re-delivery.

6. Returns and Cancellations

6.1 Right to Cancel

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To do so, you must notify us in writing via email at [email protected] or by using our online shop contact form.
  • If goods have already been dispatched, you are responsible for returning them at your own cost within 30 days.

6.2 Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving returned goods in their original condition. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

6.3 Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If items arrive damaged or faulty, notify us within 48 hours via email at [email protected] or through our online shop contact form, providing photographic evidence where applicable.
  • For items valued under £15, photographic evidence may suffice instead of a physical return.

6.4 Unwanted Items

  • Unwanted items can be returned within 14 days at your own cost, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

6.5 Non-Delivery

7. Warranty

  • All products come with a standard six-month warranty against manufacturing defects unless otherwise stated.
